  • Please be honest with yourself and do the test with integrity for it would defeat the purpose of your inquiry if the results were inaccurate. And please don't strain yourself doing it, its purpose is not to expand your consciousness, but to measure its current size.

    String of letters
Close your eyes and select any one letter of the alphabet. It could be A or Z or G or any letter. See that letter in your minds eye. Select another letter and put it beside the one previously selected. Do this again and put the third one beside the last one and make a single row until you have "filled" up your capacity to see all the letters clearly and totally. It could be three letters or five letters or more or less, all in a single row. This means that as soon as you come to the point where you add one letter more to the row, the clarity and focus of the previous row of letters starts to dissolve or distort, you stop and count the letters you could see without distortion of focus or clarity. Please be as exact as possible.

You find out how many letters you can see all at once in a single row without any external help or any help from memory tricks or other methods to increase the amount of letters such as chunking them or making up a word. Just a single row of random letters.

    String of numbers
Do the same as above with random numbers.

    String of words
Look briefly at one of the words in the following list of words, close your eyes and repeat it once in your mind. Select one other word and repeat the procedure, repeating both words successively in your mind. Repeat for the third word and continue until you have "filled" up your capacity to repeat the words easily without any effort to remember them specifically. This means that as soon as you come to the point where you add one more word and start to lose one of the previous ones out of focus, you stop and count the words you could repeat without any effort to remember them specifically.

Restrain yourself from looking repeatedly at a previously selected word in order to remember it, if you can't recall it you have reached the limit and should stop there.

    String of sentences
Read and repeat in your mind the first sentence in the following paragraph until you understand it's meaning. Read it again but now you disregard the period and add the following sentence to the first one as if it were one continuous sentence. Repeat both sentences in your mind. Continue adding sentences, creating a longer and longer continuous sentence until you come to a point where you start to lose clarity and focus about the meaning of the whole continuous sentence and can't add more sentences without losing the continuous "thread" of meaning or understanding from the first sentence to the last one added in your mind, then stop and count the number of sentences you were able to hold and understand in one continuous successive line.

You have the ability to choose to accept or not accept. that I have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept. that you have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept. that I have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept. that you have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept. that I have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept. that you have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept. that I have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept. that you have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept. that I have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept. that you have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept. that I have the same ability to choose to accept or not accept that you have the same ability...
