What is it ?
There are a lot of theories, many interesting ideas, but little agreement as to what it actually is. Some say it is the product of the brain, possibly a range of specific frequencies, which demonstrate active areas within the brain. Others say it is not produced by the brain but rather having a separate existence not dependent on matter. Our main concern at Astromind is its behavior and how to expand it.
I have found many useful thoughts for my grandson's
diagnosed ADD (attention-deficit-disorder!) and mine undiagnosed.
